I also made a commitment that any business decision I made would be based on His Word. I desired to be a Christian who happened to be a businessman, not a businessman who happened to be a Christian.

God will show you how to work successfully with people. I follow the scriptural admonition of thinking more highly of others than I do of myself. So many people have followed books like Winning through Intimidation and Looking Out for #1, which are utterly destructive.

You don't build a successful team through intimidation;
you get people to work together
because they want to,
and because they trust you.
